Mud Dogs Lacrosse Club ("Mud Dogs", "we", "us") runs this website for players, parents and supporters of our program in Oxford, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. It was last updated in September 2026.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly. That includes the name, email address, phone number and message you submit through our contact form, and any details you send us by email or phone.
Registration for our programs is handled by LeagueApps, not by this website. When you register, the information you provide (including player name, date of birth, grad year, parent or guardian contact details, emergency contacts and payment details) is collected and stored by LeagueApps under their own privacy policy. We receive the participant and contact information we need to run the program. We do not see or store your full payment card details.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to answer your questions, to run tryouts, teams, clinics and training sessions, to communicate with families about schedules, registration and club news, and to keep our website secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Children's privacy
Our programs are for youth and high school athletes, so we handle information about minors. Registrations and communications are made by a parent or guardian, and we ask families not to have players under 13 submit information through this website directly. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's involvement, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it.
Photos and video
We take photos and video at tryouts, practices, games and club events, and we may use them on this website, in club communications and on our social media accounts. If you would prefer that your player does not appear in club photos or video, email [email protected] and we will honour that request going forward. If an image is already published and you want it removed, tell us and we will take it down.

This site uses cookies to make the website function and to remember basic preferences. We may use website analytics to understand which pages families use most, so we can improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the club and this website. Those currently include LeagueApps (registration and payments), our website host, and the providers of any email or communication tools we use. Each handles data under its own terms. How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and club correspondence for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of club business. Registration records are retained in LeagueApps according to their retention settings and our need to keep season and participation history.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you or your player, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from club emails at any time using the link in the message or by contacting us. Registration records held in LeagueApps can also be managed through your LeagueApps account.

Our website links to sites we do not control, including our LeagueApps registration portal and our online team store. This policy does not cover those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
